Returns & Replacements
All orders placed on our website are eligible for return in the cases mentioned below and the product should be unused with all the tags and accessories intact with original packing.
- Damaged/ Defective Product
In the event that the product received is damaged or defective, the user shall reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can expedite your replacement/return request. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and should have all the tags and accessories intact along with original packaging
No return requests would be entertained if the tags are removed; it will be believed that the product is used and will not be accepted for replacement.
- Product Mismatch
In the event that the user has received a product that is different from the actual order, the User shall notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can expedite your return request. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and should have all the tags and accessories intact along with original packaging.
The user needs to send an opening video or pictures of the product received that would help us to expedite the process.
Negligible color changes in the products from the photographs shared on the website, and our social channels would not be eligible for a refund.
- Size Mismatch
In the event that there is a size mismatch, the user shall notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can expedite your replacement request. To be eligible for replacement, the items must be unused and should have all the tags and accessories intact along with original packaging.
No extra charges except shipping would be charged. The product can easily be replaced by paying only the shipping charges.
For size assistance, users are advised to go through the size guide/manual before making a purchase and decide the size carefully and diligently.
No returns requests shall be entertained.
All refunds will be processed only after internal quality checks. For any refund request, you must share the necessary proof. We will notify you once the refund request has been approved.
- After the refund has been approved, it shall be processed within 10 business days. If in case you don’t get your refund within the stipulated time, please feel free to reach out to us.
- Girls Heels is not liable to process any refund if the request is initiated after 10 days of delivery or if you fail to produce necessary proofs
Prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, should the User decide to cancel the purchase, the User can do so by referencing the Order number received by the User and requesting Girls Heels to process a cancellation by sending an email to <email@example.com >.
We do not accept post-dispatch cancellation of orders.
